FREEDOM of all DOGS is in great danger in VICTORIA PARK and Tower Hamlets.
The council is proposing a legislation to mandate every dog to be on lead at all times in public spaces, including parks!

Council data says on average there are 3.5 dog attacks per year, way below London average
Only 6.7% of dog bites recorded by the NHS happen in public spaces - we're talking about leashing all dogs due to 1 bite every 4 years!
There is already legislation to fine dow fowling that is not being enforced
